get in tune with my life

back again!! sorry ah... very busy these days so dun have a lot of time to blog. this is what happened these few days.

fri- 2nd march
no results yet. stayed back for book and music week preparations. was teaching the sec ones to do some gadgets. was not really effective they had to wait to try it themselves. put up quite a number of exhibits. it was pouring with strong winds so us seniors got wet trying to suspend it from the gallery.

sat- 3rd march
guides meeting as usual. practicing for the east division campfire. i have to lead 2 songs on the actual day. nothing much today but a lot of spring cleaning.

sun-4th march
went church early as me mum and dad got ushering. did a theory paper at coffee bean before going in for service. after service went to susan's house for CK thanksgiving. went home after that.

mon -5th march
back to sch as usual. piano lesson today doing theory all day. this is the last week i'm doing theory and it's the last lap. mervin sent over some planet shakers songs. thanks bro!! they are really nice :)

tues to fri- 6th to 9th march
results! not really good. but there were some good points here's the summary:

eng: B3
chinese: B4 (finally!!!!:):):):))
physics: A1
chemistry: A1
literature: B3
com human: A1
e math: B4
a math: C5
biology: A2

class position: 15/42
M.S.G: 2.7 (expected: 3.1)

well thank God anyway:) a lot of improvement expecially my chinese but at the expense of A math.so is physics at the expense of e math. broke the record of a's in my maths all these years :( oh well, the most get good progress award later and study harder and get an A 'cause, to tell u the truth, i didn't really study my maths due to the other subjects :P. topped the class in all three sciences :))

tues-stayed back for BMW prep. did the gadgets for the model castles of the renaissence. yup, the theme for this years BMW is the renaissence. covered quite a bit of work.

sat-10th march
THE D-DAY. stayed for the whole 3 hours for the piano theory exam. i didn't really think i needed 3 hours to check and do everything. the transposition for the clarinet was weird and what is dolce cantando?? God really helped me by keeping me calm unlike every theory exam where i tense up. oh well, its over. i can't do anything to change it. went to celebrate my mum's birthday in advance. had crab :) yums.

sunday-11th march
church today :) the sermon really woke me up a little. it was as if the words were for me. i feel a little guilty not sharing the gospel with the right attitude. so ya, change for the better :)

mon-12march
happy birthday mum!!! spent nearly the whole day with my mum:) slack, go out etc... english supplimentary in the morning though. figured out how to make a swan out of a can :)

tues- 13th march
went to watch the pursuit of happyness. very very nice!! really sad. go and watch it! i encourage u :) went to cut my hair too. finally have the time. the hardresser cut off a whole lot of my hair, it was one dust pan full of those protein chains :P

wed-14th march
pulau ubin cycling. really missed cycling. went with dione, sheryl, andrea, crystal, ashley, zhi hao and me bro. i dun know how it happened but dion slipped and skinned her arm on the bus. my bro was the navigator there and we had a whole lot of fun on the dirt track despite crystal and sheryl being scared of stray dogs (and boy there were a lot on the island), zhi hao drifting and fell at the steep down slope, couple of scratches on his arm(ouch!) went to the old orchid farm to see the wild boar and rabbits and guinea pigs. met some of sheryl's friends there.

thurs- 15th march
guides campfire singing practice. leading 4 songs instead: father abraham, ginglee nona, gako the frog and the japanese doll song. the african version of flea fly was a tongue twister as the last part u go bid bilee o'en do'en boy boy bedid'en dat'en and u have to say it FAST. took me quite a while to catch it. more BMW prep. yong wei told me today to play keyboard tmr. but when i looked at the song list, i didn't know 2 songs. helppp!!!

fri- 16th march
more singing today again. after that went parkway with some cousins and aunties. saw grace there:) went straight to tuition after that. then went to rush for cell to practice keyboard. yong wei made things a bit difficult by changing the key for 'it is well' to Bb major. a bit hard but manageable in the end. plus, i had no pedal so the playing wasn't that smooth.God really helped me though, could really feel his spirit. quite a bit of mistakes but not so noticable. some how, he was telling me what to play when i had to go solo while yong wei prayed and, the song i played somehow or another coincide with his prayer. like he was parying for unity in families and i was playing this church. he was praying about making ourselves living sacrifices and i was playing all i'm living for by planet shakers. (find the lyrics, then u know what i mean if u dun know these songs) really hard to explain.

today
guides again. other guides came to our school to learn the campfire songs then they would go back to teach their company.met someone i haven't seen in a really long time: rachel ho. she's my primary school friend that got a hole in her heart and i didn't know what happened after that. chatted for a lil while.came back and slept. i was so tired. woke up to find dinner on the table :P

got to do school hol hw... bye!!
